We're happy to announce that our web update has been released and we have added many new features that should improve ease of use, and expedite the review process. The changes made include:
- Streamlined reviewer flow
- Share a saved search
- Updates to load file formats
- Assign a Batch to a user
- Show/Hide tabs by role
- Export Tiff/PDF in color by tag
- On-Demand Reviewer button
- UI updates
The most obvious change is that you will now find several new sections on the left side of your screen:
"Notifications" will still take you to your notifications area where you can accept project invites, but "Support" now links you to our full library of self assistance articles. The "Live Chat" feature has also been moved to this section to prevent overlap on windows which was preventing access to certain buttons.
The new "My Batches" section will display your assigned review batches, as well as your progress towards completing them. You'll also notice a new project tab called "Home", with a more comprehensive view of your batches and your progress towards completing them.

There is also an area in the sidebar that now displays your saved searches, and you have the option to display your searches to other project users with our advanced search function seen here:
