3rd party productions need to be loaded into your project by Indexed I/O staff. Upload your production to the project's IIO Drive, then forward the credentials for the drive to email@example.com along with the Collection and Custodian names you would like to use for the import set.
Imports require a DAT formatted load file. This DAT file must be UTF-8 encoded (without BOM). It should also use the following delimiter characters:
Records can be Natives, Images, or a combination of the two. Image records should be document level PDF's, or single page TIFFs with an OPT load file. TIFF imports will take longer to load as they must be converted first.
OCR/TEXT files can also be included but they must be referenced in the provided DAT load file. If no text is provided then Indexed I/O will attempt to OCR the records on import.
The following metadata fields can be replaced with values from a provided DAT file. Please list the header value from the DAT file that you would like to use for each field in your import request.
*BegBates and EndBates values are required for all import requests*
"Title" (for document records)
"Subject" (for email records)
*If multiple tags are listed in the same fields they must be semi-colon ";" delimited*
*All Date/Time fields can also be a combination of separate fields, i.e. "CreatedDate" and "CreatedTime"*
*If a file path is specified it must include the File Name and Extension, or reference the File Name and Extension in a separate field*
