When browsing a collection, tag, or the results of a search, you have 2 different views available to you. They can be switched between with this button:
The list view will let you apply tag filters, and is sorted by the records created date. You can bulk tag the list using the tag form in the top right of the page.
The grid view will let you filter records based on the column headers in addition to tags, and can be sorted based on the headers as well. Click the header name to sort by that field, or click the 3 lines that appear next to the name to apply a keyword filter. The below example is sorted based on the file path, and only displays objects with "contacts" in the folder name.
You can combine multiple terms when filtering based on keywords, and change the logic between contains, does not contain, and more.
When in the grid view, you can also turn on or off individual column headers to customize your view. Click the blue settings button, then check or uncheck the headers you want to see.
If you switch back to the list view, grid view filters and sorting will still be applied and can be viewed or removed from the top of the list.
