Indexed I/O provides a full suite of analytic tools to help you direct your review, and get useable information about your data without reviewing hundreds of thousands of files yourself. Take a look at some of the tools available below.
Pre Processing Charts

The Pre Processing area will give you initial information about your data, such as how much it expanded to after extracting containers, email attachments, and other embedded items. You can also view a breakdown of the types of data identified in your set.
Post Processing Charts
Once processing completes, you can view even more detailed information about your data.

The document timeline makes it easy to see the timeframe your data came from, and can help you identify any gaps in the collection. You can even specify a range and quickly view documents from the selected time.

The email domains chart helps you find out where the messages in your dataset were coming from. This can also help identify "junk" domains to reduce your relevant set and help streamline your review.

Named Entities are extracted from your data during processing. This chart will help you find people, places, and more that were automatically identified in your data. Quickly jump to documents that are relevant to specific topics using this chart.

The communication chart gives an even more thorough breakdown of email communications so you can tell who was talking to who and easily view conversations between different groups.
The Analytics Tab
If you want analytics for specific records instead of high level information, this tab is for you. View analytics relevant to each individual file in your data using this tool.

The named entities area will show you all of the entities that were extracted from your data during processing, and allows you to highlight them throughout the document.

Quickly find comparable documents using the "Similar" tab, which performs a keyword analysis on the record and finds other records that are contextually similar.
Auto Tagging
Indexed I/O will automatically tag documents during processing to help identify duplicates, items with potential social security or credit card number patterns, files with processing errors, and more. View these preset tags on the tags tab, and use our tagging filter to jump between the different sets.

Reporting Tools
If you want any of this information in a downloadable format, we offer that too. You can download the pre or post processing pages to view in PDF format.

You can also create comprehensive custom reports with our resource report builder.

Looking for something else?
Indexed I/O also has programmers available to help with more specific requests. We can quickly run bulk lists of search terms across your dataset, help resolve issues with problematic data, configure TAR auto tagging scripts, and more.
