Setting up 2 Factor Verification with the Authy App

Logins, project deletes, project hibernation, and project re activation all require a 2 factor authorization code. By default this code will be sent over SMS to the phone number you entered when you signed up for an account. However, you can sign up for an Authy account in order to receive the codes in an authenticator app instead. 

This app is available to download on iOS and Android.

Make sure to use the same email address and phone number that you used to create your indexed.io account in order to link the two. Once the Authy account is setup, any 2FA code prompts will send your code to this app.
