Remote Collection

Indexed IO has partnered with a remote data collection service, and now offers the ability to request a forensic collection of a users computer. Simply log into the project, navigate to the admin area, then fill out some basic information on the Remote Collection tab.

Once your submission has been processed, the custodian will receive an e-Discovery request email with a link to begin the data collection process. After we've collected the data from the custodian, it will be loaded into your project and become available for review.
