Processing Reports
Indexed I/O allows you to generate a variety of reports on the data in the system. The most basic of which is a "Post Processing Report". This report is an easy to read pdf that contains all of the information from the post processing tab of your project. To download it, go to the post processing tab and click the download button in the top right.

You can also download a "Pre Processing Report", which contains all the information from the pre processing tab of your project. Just go to that tab and click the download button like above.
Resource Reports
A more comprehensive report is the resource report. This report contains information on the metadata associated with the files in your project. To generate a resource report, select the collection you want included and then from the actions drop down tab select "explore tags".

From the tag explorer, you will click the download button and then choose "Resource Report"

A new window will open where you can name the report, and click save to download it. If you would like to choose which metadata fields are included in the report, you can click customize fields, and then select or deselect which fields will be included. You can even rename what the fields will be called in the report if you so choose.

Tag Reports
The last type of report you can generate is a tag report. This is similar to a resource report except it only include the tags associated with a file instead of all metadata. From the tag explorer just select tag report instead of resource report when following the instructions above.
