Signing Up For Your Free Account

Signing up for Indexed I/O is very easy and straight forward.  From our webpage you will see a 'sign up' form.  Simply enter the requested information and click "Create Account".

Note that you must use a phone number capable of receiving text messages in order to receive the 2 factor verification codes required for login. If you would like to receive codes in an app instead, refer to this article.

Once you click "Create Account", you will see a the following confirmation notice, with your email address of course. 

*It is important to click the link in your verification email to activate your account!  If you do not receive a verification email, please check your 'Spam' folder.

Once you click on the link your verification email, you will be automatically directed to a secure web page to set your account password.  Enter the password you want to utilize and click 'Sign In'.

And presto, you are all signed up!

Please note that once you finalize your set up you will be sent an additional email with important information regarding your first project.  The email will have a subject value "[IndexedIO] Project Created".

This information is needed to directly SFTP data into your Indexed I/O project.  This step is covered in more detail in the SFTP upload section of the Knowledge Base.
